SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Entries must be submitted on Region 1 or 0 NTSC DVD only. Films not produced in English must be dubbed or subtitled in English. In addition to the DVD, we require a one page, one-sided sheet that includes a plot synopsis, a short list of the primary filmmakers and cast, the running time for the film, and full contact data for the filmmaker. And, if available, please provide a press kit with digital photos, reviews, and/or publicity materials.

If accepted, the filmmaker and/or the controlling company agent grants permission to the New Haven Underground Film Festival to exhibit his/her/company's film/video and to use it for promotional purposes. The festival does not pay any screening fees for submitted work that is accepted. The filmmaker and/or the controlling company agent must attest that he/she holds and/or has cleared any and all rights required to publicly exhibit the film/video being entered.

The festival is not able to return submitted materials unless the filmmaker provides a self-addressed stamped envelope.
